What You Need

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • ¾ oz Cherry Almond Orange Blossom Syrup
  • ¾ oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 Egg White

How to Make It

Dry shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again vigorously. Double strain (extra fine strain) into a chilled coupe or strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
