Shipping Policy

We ship every order with the same care we put into making what's inside it. Here's what to expect.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders placed by 12:00 PM MT are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT will ship within 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship via flat rate throughout the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take care packing every order, but if something arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we want to make it right. Contact us at support@loonslibations.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date and we'll sort it out.

A Note on Heat & Shipping

Our syrups are shelf-stable, but we recommend bringing your package inside promptly, especially in warmer months. Extended exposure to heat can affect quality.
