Cherry Almond Orange Blossom

What You Need

  • 1½ oz Italian Aperitivo (Carpano Botanica suggested)
  • ½ oz Gin (or Vodka)
  • ¾ oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Pomegranate Juice (unsweetened)
  • ½ oz Cherry Almond Orange Blossom Syrup
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • Egg White

How to Make It

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, vigorously dry shake (without ice) to froth. Add ice and shake to chill. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Finish with a skewered cherry.
