What You Need

  • 2 oz Non-alcoholic Vodka/Gin/Tequila/Whiskey
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • ¼ oz Loon's Libations Syrup
  • 1 Egg White

How to Make It

Dry shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again vigorously. Double strain (extra fine strain) into a chilled coupe or strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
