What You Need
- 2 oz Gin (or N/A Gin)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Yuzu Lemongrass Syrup
- ½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
- Kiwi
How to Make It
Muddle ½ kiwi fruit (peeled) in bottom of shaker, add all of the ingredients and shake vigorously with ice to chill and combine. Strain over crushed or pebble ice in rocks glass. Finish with kiwi fruit.
