Smoked Demerara | Spirit Build Store Run

What You Need

  • 1½ oz Aged Rum
  • ½ oz Mezcal
  • ¾ oz Pineapple Juice
  • ¾ oz Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Smoked Demerara Syrup
  • ⅛ tsp Squid Ink
  • Melted Marshmellows, for garnish

How to Make It

Combine all ingredients in tin and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice. Melt marshmallows and use them to create a cobweb effect over cocktails on the rim of glass.
